Setting View Quality

I'm sure I'm being dumb, but can anyone tell me how to set the default view quality on V4. I like to have it on the highest setting but the program seems determined to go one notch lower.

Been caught out a few times with this so far. I don't seem to recall having this problem on previous versions, or maybe I set it and forgot how.

Set all your preferences and then save it as the default template. I have mine come up at portrait letter with the highest quality setting.
