PDF Export not there?

My laptop and my PC have many programs in common. So how to find out, whats causing the problem? I unistalled the Antivirus Software (Avira), unistalled Xara and re-installed it ... No change.

Support's help was to register the dll's manually, which also did not help.

May be I try it on a clean Windoes installation next time.

I just installed Xara Xtreme pro 4 on my daughters PC. And here it all works like expected. PDF export is there and works.
Now, it's difficult for me to find out the difference between the PCs. One difference is the antivirus software. But as mentioned before I had unistalled the antivirus software on the laptop and it still did not work.
Most other software is equal to the other PCs.

What ever ... There must be something that prevents Xara from installing PDF export on certain configurations. Developers at Xara should at least have an idea, what can cause this, and tell us, or change it so that it works on ANY (or a few more) configurations.

I have admin rights on all the PCs, if some one thinks, this is the cause of the problem. I can't believe I am the only one with this problem ...

I will contact Xara support with this issue again.

... and I still love Xara ... it's unbeatable.
