Liquid text flow tutorial in Xtreme 4

Hi everyone,

I have upgraded to xtreme 4 and tried to make an object repel text, watching the demo here http://www.xara.com/us/products/xtreme/features/ didnt help me i looked under help and the repel object doesnt explain the how to.

I edited a text, created an object ,right clicked and repel text under >1cm ,clicked on the object and nothing happened !

What should be done ?Any movie tutorial ?
