I was able to about three weeks ago. Now, in IE6 and FF2, clicking 'next' after specifying the ticket type results in a blank screen with 'Done' in the statusbar. ('http://support.xara.com/index.php' is the blank page name.)

Never mind - I figured it out. My spy site blocker changed its tactics and didn't inform me. Grrrr....
