XX 3 Manual

Hi,
I have been using Xara for a while now, bur recently decided to run through the product manual to see if there were some features that I was not using effectively.
I came across "Special effects" under utilities menu (Chapter 18 page 192. This listing is not in the menu of the software. Is this some holdover from an earlier version? Where is it now?

That is a hold over from earlier versions.
