editable text to dxf

How can i export text so that it will still be text and not curves to dxf?

Or how can i get it to be text in CorelDraw 11? cmx exports only curves and corel 11 doesn't accept pdf files. The ai export is unusable in Corel and Rhino3d v3...

For me Xara ai files (text converted to shapes) work perfectly well in Rhino 2.0 and worked well in 1.0. I don't know why they couldn't in 3.0.
