odd that we didn't need the viewer before... I tried a new tactic... removed all versions and the viewer - reinstalled 3.2 and patched and all thumbnails were restored.. then installed 4/8 versin XXP 4 and have about 85% of the thumbnails... some show up with the generic Xara icon. would really like to know exactly what that XarThumbnailViewer really does.
