XP4 right click to set line colour

I seem to remember with XP3 that there was a registry fix to change the right-click action on the colour bar, so instead of bringing up a popup menu, it would just change the currently selected objects line colour (i.e. left-click for fill, right-click for line), as per older versions.

I can't find the relevant message, can someone point me in the right direction, or let me know how to change it?

You can shift+left-click to change the line colour.

But the option you are looking for is in the option box under 'View' 'Right-click on color' option (as shown)

I prefer to use the shift+left-click method to change line colours as the right-click menu has other options I need to use.
