Yes, there appears to be serious issues with drop-down combo boxes on Windows 2000. We'll look into it.
David are you running the latest service pack for Windows 2000?
There is a known issue that Microsoft reported in Q325083 as being corrected in the latest service pack.

Yes, SP4 updated.
Hi Soqili,
I am confirming Bills observation with the 'join' and 'cap' boxes. This can be added to my 'font' and 'page size' box problems.
I am using win2000 sp4 and have installed the latest fix for it that I can find namely: Windows2000-KB891861-v2-x86-ENU.EXE. Microsoft call this a rollup file.
I have noticed that with my 'font' and 'page' size problems I can get around them by highlighting the window entry and arrowing up/down. This does not seem to work for the 'join' and 'cap' boxes.
I have also reinstalled latest graphics card software though I don't believe it is that.
Also I have changed acceleration mode of my Win display. Again this has no effect.
Erik
Once selected, the arrow keys do change the value for me.
Thanks David and Erik. I also see the same behaviour on an old Win2K machine I have here at home.
Only some combobox controls seem to exhibit the odd behaviour. For example in the Line Gallery the Set Line Width combobox works correctly but the Set Join Type and Set Line Cap are truncated.
