    might be a redraw issue / graphics card - mines nvidia 7200

    Yeah but try it in with the example given it might be something in the object itself that does this, and if you try it on something else it might not reproduce.

    I have an ATI radeon x800 GTO, but it might be a shading issue or something.
    I can`t play the newer games.
    Strange thing is, Soquili's file doesn`t freeze (yet?)

    when i first did it I just added line color - this is tagged in the info bar as 'many'
    Bill's example has a line clolour of uniform 1pix - this may be the answer ?

    Ah, I see you edited while I was typing

    I have had very slow rendering happen when I tried to extrude a blend.

    One thing came to mind when looking at your file;
    You have multiple line widths applied,maybe that's the case
    **You where already there i see**

    The thing is, in your file when I add a color it gives a linethikness of 1
    but when I do it on my machine it gives many. which is weird since there
    were no lines in the original logo. And when I change the 'many' in '1' the
    logo extrusion dioesn`t freeze.
    I now wonder why your copy just gives one while mine shows many???


    And thanks everyone for al the help, atleast I now know how to prevent
    the slow rendering.
