It's true, but 90% of people using Xtreme won't care. It's not really fair to criticise a tool that allows easy creation of web pages from an illustration for not having more professional features. Given the choice most people will take what is on offer even if it has some limitations.

If you know about search engines you can change the html or the chances are you'll be using something else and/or notepad.

It would have been nice if elements on invisible layers weren't generated on the web page. I'm guessing that's a bug.

It's not the "best" (the "cleverest") solution for this problem - that's all what I say. And I can't see why this should be unfair. I didn't say "don't buy this piece of software" or something like this - it was only a technical critique, nothing more.

But I'm sure our customers would not be happy, if we provide this HTML code.

Most customers don't even know what HTML "code" is ...... all they care about is a) Does it look right and b) does it load reasonably quickly.

If they could markup themselves, they wouldn't be paying us.

And that is why it doesn't matter how the code is structured?

I'm sure that we could discuss this much longer without a consensus.

Yes, Remi. We could discuss this for a while. But just for the record I hate badly structured markup. If it didn't take so long, I'd use notepad for everything. I was just trying to make a point. "Most" customers don't know or care.

Just making a quick page, somehow the text and the graphic got saved together and messed up. Has anyone else seen this ....
