Guide lines

Hi

For some reason I can no longer move my guide lines. Could up untill ten minutes ago now they dont move.

No double headed arrow when I go mouse over.

Do tell what have I selected , pressed, ticked, etc

It's a mystery as to what happened but as you surmised the magnetic snap radii was set to 0 0, I certainly didn't change it so I suspect it was the PC gremlins!!!

Another cause for this (though not in this case) is if you have the edit turned off in the Layer Gallery for the Guides.

I do this sometimes so I can select and edit without those pesky guidelines and vexing arrow cursors making the job impossible.
