    Question Font Menu List Problems

    Is it possible to display font names in English?

    I am using Windows XP SP2 Simplified Chinese, all installed chinese font name can not be shown correctly on the font menu when using the text tool.

    Hmm - curious question.

    Could you please post one of those fonts here (as a .zip)
    Preferably a freely downloadable/public domain font

    the image above shows the buggly displayed font names.
    The correct name of the selected font is '方正黄草简体'.

    To OP: Can't help with the kanji problems, but I think you should install the latest CD version to get the latest fixes for other problems.

    Hi, thanks for your reply. It seems the software will force the chinese font name to be shown as kanji charactors. And you got the right font names i expected to.

    I've checked the 'options dialog' and didn't find any like 'show font name in English', hope the next version will add this one.

    I've also download the lastest pro trial version. but the problem still exists. Windows 2000 Professional (SP4) seems don't have the problem. and i also tested on other XP OS, problem still appeared.
