But discovering the genuine lyrics can be shattering. Here's this poor fella thinking Paul Simon's been singing about his Harley and then you shatter his illusions by saying he's singing about a camera.

I can't remember which female singer it was but she stated that her younger sister was singing one of her songs but had mixed up the lyrics. The interviewer asked her what her sister had said when she'd corrected her and she replied that she hadn't as this is what her sister had heard and it was for each person to interpret the song as they received it. I thought that was a good response.

I outsourced a chap to fix small inkjet printers for me a long while ago (while it was till economical to fix them). His name was Peter and I had a special file folder for his job sheets.. I marked the folder accordingly but it was a while later and only after I'd said it out loud once that I realised what I'd written..

I'd named the folder: 'Peter Files'
