Default Corel Draw animations? SWF Vs GIF??

I need to make a graphic wave like a flag.. Is this possible in Corel Draw with a vectored image? I think swf files may be the best way to go, but an animated gif may work as well. Can anyone tell me if there other types to consider or if I can make a vectored animation of an image look like it is waving like a flag. I have tried swift 3D and swish already.

To make a swf animation, you can use Corel R.A.V.E, but the last edition of this cool program came with Corel GS12

With RAVE, you can animate a vector easily.
And to have the flag effect, juste use the "interactive envelope tool" (the same tool in CorelDraw), and create two or more keyframes ...

I wonder why they removed it! I remember RAVE vaguely from the past. I may have to reinstall on my son's PC. Thank you!!
