    Question Screenshots?

Is there a way to create screenshots using Xara Xtreme Pro?

If not, what is the most popular method or program to create screenshots?

I prefer Snag-it. See this thread - Post #13 - This offer has now expired but you can always try the demo .....

At times I use a free program called HoverSnap. Quick and easy, good options. Free.

Don't know if it's the most popular method, but it works.

And some simply use the Windows default of PrtScr button to capture the entire screen, or Alt+PrtScr button to capture the active window.

... and paste them in Xara, of course, and export as you like

The main handy thing with something like HoverSnap, is by pressing "Ctrl + PrintScreen" your curser turns to cross hairs and you can form a box to crop just the area you want to focus on and upon release, it will save that cropped image in either jpg, png, bmp, or gif. I have them drop them on my desktop for easy access.

Saves a few steps from - print screen, paste, crop, export. It's handy when you need it.

Yes, this is why I prefer FASTONE Capture over PrtScr.
