To all of you who recommended SnagIt, THANK YOU!!!
At first I thought I would never change from the great prg I was using, TrayCap (no longer available). But after reading about SnagIt here I tried the trial version and after one week I was convinced to buy it, and just did. That is one fine program. Thank you all.

I know its a bit late but for those who might still be looking ...I have been using Provtech Screenprint32 v3.5. It is free and has worked flawlessly over the several versions that I have used.
