    Default Contrast Enhancement

I am new to CorelDRAW and learning by sheer trial and error so maybe someone can help me....I am working with inverted images only and printing on black granite tile. I am using contrast enhancement and can not figure out how it works. why do the defaults always change and how do i get it set the same with every file? Any Help

    Default Re: Contrast Enhancement

    Hi and Welcome to TG.

Are your images bitmaps? Are you using CorelDraw or Corel PhotoPaint?

I'll assume you are using PhotoPaint
I'd suggest a read of the context Help available from the Contrast Enhancement dialogue 'Help' button. This may help you understand what the tool does and can explain it much better than I.

I'm not clear about your comment with defaults always changing.
Defaults should be the same 'set' program values for each new file you open which are a starting point for the enhancement tool to work from.
If you are referring to the 'Input Value Clipping' graph, this will change per photo, as it is a graphic representation of the range of tones from dark to light detected in the photo you are adjusting. (AKA: Histogram)
