Where is 3rd Tab on Layer Properties

I had Paint shop pro on my laptop. I could right click on a layer in the layers frame and a menu would pop up and then choose properties. The first tab is General, and the second tab is blend ranges. There was a 3rd tab with other effects, including being able to put a drop shadow or to make glowing edges inside or outside.

That laptop died, so I got a new laptop and installed the latest version of Paint shop. now that 3rd tab is not there, and i cannot figure out how to get it.

Anyone know how to do it?

Are you using PSP X2? Layer Styles are not available in earlier versions.
