Transparent bevel + multiple images

I've been trying to replicate the crystal effect [see below] I "discovered" while I was doodling. Finally got it after much gnashing of teeth! I expect it's covered elsewhere on TG but I'm attaching a .xar file in case it isn't. It's simple, but you wouldn't believe the variations I went through before finding the method again
