I need this image in 3D extended vertically and tilted. Here is the flat image in jpg and gif.

Oh Ok. I'm a 3D novice so I was just looking for suggestions or recommendations on how to do this. I have Google SketchUp and Photoshop. Could I use either of those to do this?

Photoshop can create the effect you are wanting.

A tutorial for creating extruded text http://www.webdesign.org/web/photosh...text.8915.html will show you the steps need to do the same for your watershed map.

The attached is a portion of a Photoshop 7 screen. The same can be done in other versions of Photoshop.
