Can someone please tell me what software created this simple 3D look?

I'm looking for a vector software (preferrably) that can achieve this look.
Any help will be kindly appreciated.

This style can be created in XaraXtremePro if you have the skills and know the software well.
Other Vector software ought to be able to achive a similar result, but very likely be a lengthier learning curve that for XaraXtremePro.
Why not download the trial and check the Xara tutorials

XARA?
Wow! And I was afraid someone was going to say MAYA or LW.
Please excuse my ignorance... I am a CorelDraw user of many years and I've always thought this "look" could only be done using 3D software.
Would you know if CorelDraw files could be imported into Xara?
Hey, A MILLION "THANK YOU'S!" for turning me on to this!
Export your CorelDraw files as PDF might work. It depends on the complexity of the files and the effects you might have used which will be converted to rasters on export.
Exporting as .cmx also works for simple work, but will not retain your effects (shadows, trans, etc)
.ai will only work in legacy 7 or below and cannot contain any blends, trans, shadows and so on. Only good for pure vector shapes and lines.
However, if you have been using CorelDraw for some time, then you will have sufficient skills to pickup XaraXtreme reasonably quickly.
With XXPro comes a small utility to enable your to assign shortcut (hot) keys for common tasks, You can easily assign similar functions to the key's you've grown used to with CorelDraw.
(XaraXtreme standard doesn't include this)
Taking your linked image as an example, this was quite quickly done in XaraXtremePro 3.2.4
Very basic use of shapes, feathering, transparancies, drop-shadow, cloning, slicing and so on. With time and attention to details, you can 'build-up' your image in this way to create quite realistic 3D illustrations.
Even this example would take [me] much longer to achieve in CorelDrawX3..
The beauty of XaraXtreme is it is faster, intuitive and much quicker to learn.
Hi,
just take a look at the videos on http://iconka.com/blog/?cat=5/lang/en/ to see how Xtreme can be used to create similar images. Great videos from a fantastic Xtreme user from Moscow, Russia. Very inspiring.

Albert
