Default Edited Webstyle4 images will not display. Why?

I have contacted customer support about this problem, but after 10 days have not received a response. I am (attempting) to use Webstyle 4 banner ads on my website. If I post an unedited Webstyle4 template on my website (http://www.tiptonads.com), it can be viewed with no problem. However, if I edit the banner ad in ANY way (change text, color, etc.), save the banner ad to my computer, then upload it to my website, it will not display - will show a red "x" where the ad should be. Any suggestions on how to solve this? Do I have an incorrect "save" setting? Please help!

The banner on your website is named:
'10-13-2007-10-08-43-PM-6973778.gif' if you are changing it you will need to ensure your new graphic also has this name, you can set this in the Save Graphic dialog. Ensure you are overwriting this existing file when uploading the changed version to your website.
