Default Curve one image to match perspective of another image

I'm trying to lay a logo graphic onto the side of a boat so it will match the curve of the boat photo and look like it was printed on the boat when the photo was taken, but can't get it to curve properly. Any suggestions? I'm totally new to this so any suggestions are appreciated!

Wrapping an image to a surface (displacement mapping) is really a function suited to a raster editor such as PhotoShop. You might find some plugins to help acheive this with XX/XXP, I haven't looked.

    Here's the PS method:

If it's a vector use the Mould tool (alt+7). You can easily change the shape of the object by selecting one of the mold types. The most flexible is the Default mould, this one can be modified on all sides.
