The brush is composed of 14 different objects of the same size and shape and differently colored; there is an offset and a randomised scaling but no rotation along path.
Only sequence progress is randomised at each image of the .gif; that replace automatically each object with another of the same size at the same place.
There are certainly many other issues !!!

I didn't realise that it was possible to "bump" a post oneself
    I hope this works.

Fascinating animation Ivan. Was this a duplicated post, and the other thread received all the comments?

This appeared before I joined this group. But if it had just been done today, I'd still be blown away!

    Ivan's work is consistently awesome.

Did you try this as a Flash document? I wonder if it would work.

    Gary,

It does work but you need to change the lines to shapes before exporting to Flash as Flash can't handle brushes.

OK I just tried this as a Flash animation and it does not work as a tween. But that is OK. If you convert the line to shape then you can animate the frames just like you would with a GIF animation but with a much smaller file size. If this attachment works, you'll see a file that is about 4.5K.

I applied a simple brush of many colored circles to a rounded rectangle and edited the brush for each frame randomizing the scaling and Hue. Then I converted the line to shape for each frame.
