Help! My colors are off!

I caught my son (22 months old) messing with my computer the other day... all of my colors are off on my docs now...

The color palette just seems all wrong. It doesn't have to do with my monitor because everything else looks fine. It's just when I open up a design to work on it all of the colors are these bright crazy colors... same color, just crazy bright version of it.

Like I said, I know it is NOT my monitor. It's just in my documents.

Any ideas, suggestions?

Hello Karla,

It sounds like the Corel color settings have been changed.

I don't have CorelDraw so can't be specific. Check the Preferences for a Color Settings and if there is a 'Default' try that to see if the colors return to normal.

Hi Kar-po. Is it just the color in your design work, or also the color in the color palette? Can we see a sample document?

All of the colors in my corel documents are these bright neon type colors. I tried working with the color palette and setting to default. The colors even have the same names as before. They are just showing like the above. and they show like that in the color palette.

I've got to get some proofs out today and I can't!!

It just seems crazy to me!

never mind...

I still don't know what happened... but since I couldn't figure it out I went ahead and restored my computer to a point earlier than the changes and that took care of it.

Looks like the default colour palette was changed in Color Managment.
