Reverse bitmap image

Hello all

I have a simple question which I am sure there is an easy answer
I have some bitmaps as in the example attached, where I need to reverse the colours ( negative image ).
Is there an easy way using Xara ?
I know I can do this in a photo editing program, but would like to be able to do it Xara if possible

Hi Colin

easiest way with your camel

select bitmap then:
apply fill color red -turns camel red
appy line color white - turns background white
apply fill color black - turns camel black

Thats works fine

I did find away using layers, but cant remember the way I done it anymore

sure there are a few ways you can do it - using masks and bitmap transparency is one another way

even easier in Xara left click on camel select black colour then left click on black frame select white colour

Quite right Norman - and saves a click on the mouse.
One of the advantages of xara, it remembers where the boundary is, unlike a bitmap editors where the blacks will merge - keep forgetting that
