The easiest way to learn how to use xara xtreme pro is to watch the movies (help=>movies) After you watch those, go to xaraxone.com and do one or a couple of over 100 step by step tutorials created by Gary Priester. After that... you should be able to hit the ground running and create some really neato signs...

All it takes is about 1 evening... and you is cooking with gas...

Or was that passing... Oh well... I am too old to care.

If your happy with PhotoShop and can really use it, use it for your signs. If you are struggling with PS and find it difficult to use download Xtreme 3.2 from here on a 30 day trial. http://www.xara.com/downloads/xtreme/

Look at the movies that come with the programme which can be found under Help and then come back here with problems that you encounter. It seems that you are very new to this type of work from your questions so I would advise you to spend at least a week getting to know the programme and what it can do. Please spend a bit more time getting to know the programme before coming back and also download some of the tutorials at the Xone which have been mentioned to you.

I think that you will find Xara xtreme is much easier to use than Photoshop. Of course you need some familiarity with computers and using different software programs.

Sorry, but that kind of stuck in my head and led to this:

I thought that was the textbook definition of alcohol abuse...
