Default Need help please.. Jagged edges / Perfect Circle?

I have an image that has jagged edges and I want to make it a perfect circle. Is there an elliptical Marquee tool or setting that I can do this in Xtreme 3.2?

I am also trying to make it look like a 3D orb? Is there a special setting so I can make this vectored instead of creating it in PhotoShop?

    Hi

first point - use intersect [ctrl-3] between circle with no fill and image - to get perfect circle hold down ctrl key whilst using the shape tool

second point - not sure what youre after - what sort of vector?

    Quick and simple sphere example.
If you take it apart you will see whats what. It can be elaborated on with further highlights or different texture fill etc.

I should clarify more and I am sorry for that.. The creation is a puzzle that I am making into a sphere. It needs to look similar to this.. I have created the puzzle pieces in Adobe Illustrator. Then I imported them into Xtreme for the final work. I prefer Extreme now over AI, but I can work faster in certain cases in it.

You could try arranging your puzzle pieces and then using a circular envelope on them as the very quick example attached. Then overlay onto sphere.
The jpeg is using layers of text laid out in a square block and deformed with the circular envelope in much the same way as with your puzzle pieces.
