1. I have my banner here:

I'm designing a new forum for myself - Entertainment related and came up with the following banner:

I wanted to know if its ok or further improvements can be done...

2. I am actually wondering if I could make that Entertainment word to a branded word like what Google does it... For example,

Google put up a small flask to show the laboratory meaning. I have a question mark as my brand logo which you can see in the above link. I'm not getting any ideas as to how to make it branded.

3. My website will soon reach the 5000 member mark. well, I wanted to know the same thing as to what could be the best way to put it up as a banner...

I'm not 100% sure what your question is. If you mean how to trademark En?gma, it would depend on your location. In the US, you need only declare it.

Now, a registered trademark is different. You have to register it with the US Patent and Trademark Office. You can start at http://www.uspto.gov/web/trademarks/workflow/start.htm

If you're located elsewhere, brand protection will be different.

Edit: in reality, in the US, trademark protection depends on your lawyer. Generally only big companies with big legal budgets actually go after anyone for trademark infringement, even for registered trademarks.

Oops.. Sorry.... I wanted to design something similar to Google... I mean get the Entertainment meaning out of the En?gma word itself.. Maybe something like that... I don't know how to explain it... Well, I'm talking about just using Xara to achieve some graphics and not the legal things... WIll be coming to the US in a few days, so I think I'll do the legal branding then. For now, I need to have some designs...
