I got a package with no CDs!

OK. I'm pretty bummed out. I got a package in the mail from Xara with the user guide and my serial numbers for XXPro and X3D, but it didn't have any CDs in it.

Has any body else had this problem?

I logged a ticket with Xara support, but they are sometimes slow to respond to support tickets. I wanted to post something here in the hopes that they will see the post and go looking for the support ticket.

If any body knows of something else I should try, please let me know.

What CDs are you supposed to get out of interest? I received Xara Xtreme Pro 3.2 and the Xara Xone CD.

If you ordered Xtreme Pro then you should have 3 CD's, Pro, XaraXone and X3D6.
This is really sad that you got a package with no CD's
But Im sure that Xara will make it right for you. I say they send you your CDs and a refund too!

I just got a message from Xara Support. They put a package with CDs in the post to me today. I am impressed and very satisified with the turn around on my support ticket. I got an answer the same day.

If people already owned Xara3D6, do they still get a second redundant CD with it on?

Yes Xhris, I received a Xara3D6 CD. And I already had one Xara3D6 CD that I received when I upgraded from Xara3D5.

Oh that's interesting because I didn't get that CD. But it doesn't matter in the slightest because I already have a X3D6 CD.

No answer from support from ticket submitted 8-13.

Hmmm... I got xPro and Xone Cd but not X3D6... But then I don't need it..
