Welcome Andre,
One of the ways to loose these jaggies (I can't see them but I'll take your word for it) is to export at twice the size you want the original to be, then half that bitmaps size. Never used it myself but it's been recommended several times on the forums.

Intel i7 - 4790K Quad Core + 16 GB Ram + NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1660 Graphics Card + MSI Optix Mag321 Curv monitor + Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB SSD + 232 GB SSD + 250 GB SSD portable drive + ISP = BT + Web Hosting = TSO Host
Don't think the effect is to bad but the main question here is it for the web or print? If it is for print then I would do a trial print even on your own inkjet at the resolution or quality that you want. If the jaggies are bad draw your vector objects at double the size and then save in your chosen format, for print Tiff, and then reduce the size down by half.
If it is for the web experiment to which format you want to save also have a look at lowering the quality down to about 60% or what ever gives you the less fringing effects. Or lastly how about using a Gaussian blur in "Live Effects" this would also work with print or a very small amount of feathering only on the lettering.
Set up a comparison between Illy and Xara using the default settings on both which are different as Illy uses 60% while Xara in Xara I had mine set to about 80% compression. Hope this helps

Design is thinking made visual.
I assume it's only the right-most shape you're worrying about - the others look fine.
In Xtreme's anti-aliasing system, the "hardness" of an edge pixel is affected by the number of objects that contribute colour to that pixel. So, if you want smooth anti-aliasing you should try to minimise the number of objects touching the edge.
Taking the black outline off the rightmost shape might help.
If those things don't fix the problem then make sure the shape is grouped and use the feather tool to apply a tiny amount of blurring to the edge.
