Displaying Templates

Can someone explain why only 12 out of my 21 templates are displayed when I click File → New please?

Is there a special procedure that needs to be followed to ensure that they appear.

I think there's a limit of 12 templates showing. AFAIK, there's no way to show more.

I don't have as many as you do, but there are paper sizes I don't use. Rather than look at them whenever I start a new file, I move the ones I don't use into a "safe" folder so they're always available.

Yeah, go into C:\Program Files\Xara\Xtreme (or your version)\Templates and remove the ones you don't need until you have no more than 12.

Or - If you hate to through anything away, simply open your template file. It's a bit of a chore to navigate to the templates folder but that is all Xara does. Templates are just XAR files.

So, if you have more than 12 templates, there rest won't show , unless you navigate to them? (no scroll bar in Window)

if it is true that only twelve templates show then I would create a shortcut to the template folder - say on the desktop.

then I could open this shortcut within [or without of] xara and be taken straight to the folder.
