    Mini your the best, thanks alot.
    I will go with the xara one for now and hope that my 5000 prints will look good. I am getting a color proof just to be safe.

    Hi Behzad,

    can you please post the original RGB picture (you can cut out just a part of it or send it much smaller, or anything allowed by the copyright terms)? I would like to make some pdf tests... J.

    Hi Behzad,
    Can I ask if you are using Acro reader 8 to look at your PDF's as their are known problems with this reader showing washed up colours or is it one of the Professional range viewers? If you go to any of the Adobe forums and do a search you will get info on this and "Dot grain", as this maybe your problem.
    Design is thinking made visual.

    Hi Josie, here is the file, for copyright reasons I have to give out the sample.

    Make sure your photoshop in the color profile it says (RGB adobe 1998)

    Hm, strange
    on theory finall PDF files must be exact the same.... and they almost are....... for example light cyan/blue in the top of image in photoshop PDF is 19/2/1/0 , on Xara generated PDF is 17/3/1/0.....

    I tryed 2 ways, with RGB profile added to original image, and same image without profile used... nevermind that results are the same
