XaraXtremPro PDF not open in CorelDraw.

I have received a PDF created in XaraXtreme Pro which I need to open in CoralDrawX3.
But when try to do that I get an error message “The file is corrupted”.
To test this I created a simple file in XaraXtremePro (3.2.2.) and exported it as a PDF, option “High Quality (300dpi images larger PDF files)”, with all settings as default.
When I try to import into Draw I get the same error message.
Can anyone, please, suggest what can be the cause of the problem?
The test Xara file and its PDF are attached.

You havent chance for now to import direct Xaras PDF in X3

Its come from some bug in X3 PDF parser how I know....

This will be fixed in next X4

For now only one decision is just to open your Xara PDF in Illustrator and just resave it like PDF
