Default Changing size of rounded corner-rectangle

Sometimes you need to change the dimensions of a rectangle that has rounded corners but it contains text, etc., that you don't want to have to put in again. I've found that this method seems to work fine.
    1. Select the rectangle with the rectangle tool.
    2. Click the "rounded corner" button to turn off rounded corners.
    3. Select the rectangle with the selection tool.
    4. Modify the dimensions as needed.
    5. Select the rectangle with the rectangle tool again.
    6. Click the "rounded corner" button to turn on rounded corners back on.

This method doesn't screw up the corners the way just resizing the rectangle does.

There's a feature in Xara (that very few people seem to be aware of) called stretching, which allows say a rectangle on which you have text to stretch as you change the text. I've covered it in my new Name gallery tutorial (found in my signature). It might be helpful here.
