    Default Coloring Test

How can apply color to text? I've been trying and trying, and the best I seem to be able to do is to create a colored outline. That's fine, but if it's a large font, I want to fill it too.

    Charlie,

Just select your text and left click on a color on the color line (right clicking on a color changes the outline color). Or, click on the color wheel to the left of the color line and edit your color there.

Thanks, Mickey. That's what I tried to do. I guess my problem was that I was selelcting the text with the "text" tool.

It works fine when I select it with the "selection" tool.

Your welcome Charlie. You can use the text tool, but have to highlight the text, then left click on the color line. This is very useful when you want part of your text a different color from the rest.
