Font issue in Pro

I have a problem with a font. If I apply an italic to the font, I get the font not installed, but synthesized with Xara error message.

If I apply the font using the font toolbar, this doesn't seem to happen.

In either case, the detail of the font shown in the properties box looks the same.

I'm assuming that Xara is not correctly finding the italic version of the font. Could this be a fault with the original font file or is it likely to be somewhere else?

This maybe an issue with the font itself.

Can you give the Name and type font?
