With the 'shape editor tool' selected just drag around both handles.

You can also Shift drag around other handles to add them to the selection.

edit: misread what you actually wanted to select... this won't do that.

Just use the shape editor tool to directly move (drag on) the line - it essentially moves both red handles together.

Have tried ALL the Vector/Belize Tools... to Move TWO Handles at Once...
(note: Not Anchor points -put in so you'd know I know the difference)
(( possibly I should not have... maybe clouded the issue ))

Anyway... on to post some Tickets that brought all this up...

Xhris... only ONE of my Handles moves shifted & dragged around the Handles or Shift-Click and one one then the other to add...
(note: not the Anchor points) Going to go try in Illustrator when I get home...

Thanks for Trying Gang - Tom

MArquee Select around the two points with the shape editor, then you can make the curves as big as you would like. If you have the make curve and smooth curve buttons on then your curve will be symetrical...

    See attached pic...

Pardon my choice of curves, but it is best way to remember it for me.

I drew a better diagram. This doesn't work in the same way I suspect you were expecting, but achieves the same thing.
