    Freehand Tool Change -annoyance

While this may have seemed like a good idea at the time it is making my life hell!

I am trying to freehand draw some small details and they are forever appending to each other.

Can we PLEASE have a way of turning this off.!!!!!

    Anyone else run into this?

    Hi Squeaky,

I think what you are experiencing is the "snap radius" issue that Zeb mentioned in another thread.

Neil provided information about a registry entry that can be change. See Neil's post http://www.talkgraphics.com/showpost...5&postcount=56

I think this may be the same issue that's been run into by someone else recently.

    This might help you out:

I'm right handed, so with the pen in my right hand, I use my left to hit the "Esc" key on the keyboard to deselect the line just drawn.

Don't know if that helps, but that's what I do.

    Aaah! I missed that.

Such sweet relief. Many, many thanks for that.

sure wasn't a change made for people who draw freehand the way I do - especially hair/fur/grass etc; if it wasn't for that registry change my esc key would be dead.
Neil says there may be an option coming
