Ron, I have that downloaded. But I remember downloading an exe file that took care of it in my windows xp, so when I went to look into my folders and drives using windows built in explorer then they all showed up as thumb nails.

Do you mean Windows Explorer thumbnail view for .xar files? (like you would see other image files in Windows Explorer)

WindowsXP/Vista already shows thumbnails for this file type once XaraXtreme is installed.
Are you running XP?

Hi, yes I am using xp, It used to show up before but all of a sudden they disappeared.
I guess maybe I have to reinstall xara again. I think it happened when I installed the demo for the latest version of xp pro.

Well you ought to be seeing thumbnails without any addon or windows plugin for file type .xar
I've not added anything extra and I see them just fine.

There was mention of the Xara thumbnail viewer software in a thread somewhere that led to this URL
