Another new xara discovery

Well, I've found another new thing in Xara that's been there since CorelXara that I never noticed. If you draw an ellipse with the ellipse tool, then double click on a control handle (with the ellipse tool selected, or with the selector tool selected and 'show object edit handles' selected), the ellipse reverts to a perfect circle - quite handy. This is not documented anywhere either which may be why it was missed.

That's interesting Xhris. Good find!

Additionally, the circle will be sized according to which handle you click on. If you want it the same as the ellipse's horizontal width, use either side handle, otherwise, the using top or bottom handle will size it the same as the vertical height...

Whoops, I treaded on your garden. This should be officially documented really. There are a lot of these 'secrets' in Xara. Such as ...well never mind.

Well double-click me! I thought I was good at reading the status line. Conversely, there are things it doesn't tell you that in fact you can do.
