Curve handles too small to see

Don't suppose anyone's happened upon a way to make curve handles a bit more visible? I've had to give up on 1024x768 and go back to 800x600.

If "curve handles" are aka "blobs", you can use Dmitry Malutin's XXtune utility to increase the size.
