Hmm...I wonder if that means more resources on developement for Xtreme?

I think so. They say "Sie haben sehr gute Englischkenntnisse zur Kommunikation mit einem englischsprachigen Entwicklerteam". In English: "You have very good command of English for communication with a English-speaking developer team". And Xara Ltd. is the only english company within the Magix AG.

That's correct, this is recruitment for the Xara team, to be based in Germany (we actually have developers all over the world). Part of the benefit of Magix ownership is increased resources to enable us to accelerate Xara development.
