trouble getting transparent background

Just got Xara 3D and have created some rotating animated images. For some reason some of them have come out with a transparent background (which is what I want!) and for the life of me I can't figure out why it won't work now.

I DO have the transparent box ticked when exporting. I have tried it both as an animated .gif and a flash .swf

What am I doing wrong?

Hello, Rahmam, could you post an image showing what you are getting? I am wondering if Shadow is turned on, which doesn't often work too well with transparency.
