    Yes, blend along a path is not as accurate, with all your circles being equal, rotate and duplicate around the same center of rotation makes sense. Just divide 360 by the number of circles you want, enter the degrees in the transform docker or on the tranform toolbar, you can also duplicate and rotate. You can also divide the circle with your guides, once is enough, do the math, enter the degrees and Ctrl R around the circle.

    There are many ways to get the the same end.
