Actually I suspect it was more a result of my trying the suggestions while this forum was sharing the screen. I wrote in anger and am not attempting to find a scapegoat for my own inexperience. It won't be the first time I've lost a bit of data and it won't be the last. I'm not allowing it to wreck my life, and I feel
