bad start for me

This may not be the place to put this but I am frustrated with webstyle. I downloaded the trial and tried installing. It would only install if I un-ticked the "integrate with dreamweaver" button. However I want it to integrate with DW8.

Following this I paid for the full version which was verified but got a "Netbanx error" and a ticket for my problem. Two days later, I tried signing in to the Xara site but could not, even though I am using the username and pw given to me. So you can see its not a helluva good experience for me so far. Patience is a virtue but I'm nervous, having lost money in two similar situations in the past.

Has anyone else experienced this or have advice for me.

OK. Got a response, thanks XARA. This looks like a great forum. I'm sure I will learn a lot. I look forward to putting the program to use as soon as I can install it. Still wont install with the DW option selected.
