You can export both .dxf and .dxg from X3.

But can you add older versions of AutoCAD to export as? I believe it only goes down to version13. I need versioin 11 as a option.
I looked at the filter in CD10, and it is one filter that has multiple options. It does have an R11 export. I think you couldn't have two sets of DXF filters. No idea if you could use the older set with a newer version.

Hi people,
Thought I would throw my two cents in here regarding DXF export. It took me a month of digging around to figure out that the DXF filters in X3 are junk. At least for my CNC operation they are. I needed to download the DXFTOOL @ candcnc.com For $50.00. It was a small price to pay to get rid of that headache. "Draw for life".

No one thing does everything. But I comfort myself in the amount I would have spent extra for Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Distiller to do what CorelDRAW does so well.
