This is nice and easy, first open both images in Photoshop then with the move tool just drag your image on top of the other, next make sure you can see the layers pallet now on the layers pallet is a slider for opacity, just move this from 100% and you will start to become transparent, what some times looks even better is, on that layers pallet you will see on the top a small box with normal in it click on the tiny triangle at the end of the box and now you have up to 12 options depending on which Photoshop you have, try hard light, soft light, overlay, screen, you will now get some interesting results.
